Exoticretreat.net was established by the Principals of this organization, who have visited other adult oriented resorts around the world, and whose backgrounds include professional endeavors including hotel/resort management, finance and government. Based on their collective travels, they concluded that there was a need to offer executive type individuals a first class environment that provides beautiful women from around the globe in a setting that is both relaxing and offers a variety of sporting activities. It was also important that we chose a location that is easily accessible from the USA. Based on the first-class accommodations, women of the highest quality and the price for the vacation we provide, you know that your fellow guests will be as well heeled as you are. Finally, you can be assured of the utmost in privacy and discretion concerning your identity.

No, we are completely independent of any other resort offering that you may have heard of, or that you may have come across when searching the internet. Likewise, our adult vacation concept is different than other adult-oriented resorts or vacations. Our resort offers a private environment that is civilized and sophisticated.

How do I know which girls will be there during my stay? (top)

The answer depends largely on how far advance you are making your plans to visit. Generally, the girls stay for about 6 to 8 weeks. You can see the ladies currently at the villa by checking the "Who's Here Now" section of our Photo Gallery page. We make every effort to invite the most beautiful, fun and interesting girls available. Likewise, there is always an excellent selection of beautiful ladies to choose from, and you are sure to have an enjoyable and satisfying vacation regardless of when you visit.

How do I get there? (top)

The local airport is Puerto Plata and the airport code is POP. It is about a 25 minute drive from the airport to the villa. You can either call your travel agent to organize your flight, or go to one of the internet search engines such as Expedia, Orbitz, or Travelocity. After you make your flight reservation, please email us the details. For some it may be more convenient to fly into Santiago (airport code STI). If you organize your travel via Santiago, we will not be able to greet you and bring you to the villa. However we can organize a taxi to collect you and drive you to the villa. The cost is about $75 each way.

What are the girls like? (top)

We have a very selective process for inviting girls to serve as hostesses at our resort, and most of them live full-time at our property while they are in the Dominican Republic. They come primarily from Eastern Europe, and many of them are actual models or students in their home countries, but all are of world-class beauty, ranging in age between 19 and 26. Additionally, they are screened for charm, sophistication, attitude and personality. You will feel as though you are spending a fun holiday with your girlfriend. Our goals are to insure that you have a fun and exciting vacation in a relaxed environment.

The girls normally stay with us for about eight weeks. When you choose your hostess, she will remain with you and participate in any activities you wish to enjoy. Should you want to go charter fishing, casino, play golf or go to the beach and want her to join you, just say so and she will happily comply. While you will have your chosen companion at your side, keep in mind that the other hostesses are usually around the common areas of the property. This makes for a fun and exciting environment. Since they are young, they are playful and full of energy and love to dance and frolic. Now pause and imagine yourself enjoying these kinds of moments.

What is included in the package? (top)

The exotic retreat concept is to provide you with an all-inclusive vacation package so that your holiday with us will be enjoyable, fun and carefree. The Basic Package is for four days and three nights and includes the following:

• Private transfers to and from the airport to our luxurious accommodations (POP only).
• Full time companionship selected by you from our group of gorgeous hostesses.
• Private suite including private bath.
• All meals, snacks and drinks provided on-site.
• Continuous open bar.
• Complimentary "Magical Nights" experience at the Ocean World Casino and Marina complex with your companion(s).
• On-site coordinator to organize any extra recreational activities such as golf, fishing, etc.

Airfare and any entry/exit fees required at the airport are not included. Either search the Internet or have your travel agent check for flights from your location. The airport code for Puerto Plata is POP, and flights from the US typically connect through Miami, although there are direct flights from the New York area.

Can I extend my stay? (top)

Of course, the cost for each additional night is $1,000.

Can I have more than one hostess? (top)

Absolutely, you can choose to have an extra hostess for an additional $600per hostess per night, subject only to availability.

Are there any hidden costs or charges? (top)

We provide an all-inclusive adult vacation package, so there are no extra or hidden charges that you need to be concerned with. Three meals a day will be provided on-site, snacks, beverages, daily maid service, 24-hour open bar, and companionship are included in the flat price. However, if you choose to enjoy any off-site activities (such as golf or fishing), you will pay directly to the vendor the cost of the activity. Also, if you wish to spend your evening at an off-site nightclub or casino, you will be responsible any costs. However, we will assist you in arranging for these activities at no charge.

What about tipping? (top)

We encourage you to plan on tipping the girls, as it will certainly enhance your enjoyment. It is actually a good mechanism to ensure that you get the optimal experience, and the incremental amount you will be spending will be nominal in relation to the overall cost of your holiday. Based on historical experience, it seems a reasonable minimum is $100 per girl per night, with an average of $200 to $300 per girl per night. The girls respond exceedingly well to a man who shows his appreciation for their companionship. Ultimately, the decision to tip or not, and the amount of which, is up to each individual guest based on their overall experience and personal financial considerations. We provide this information so that you can plan accordingly.

What is the guest/hostess ratio? (top)

Our facilities can accommodate up to six guests at any time, and we have between six and eight hostesses available at all times. Therefore, the actual ratio will depend primarily on the number of guests staying with us. In addition to the girls living on-site, we have relationships with non-affiliated ladies living on the island who also meet our discerning standards, and who are readily available upon our request.

When is the best time to visit? (top)

Now! There is no best time because the weather is consistently excellent, with warm air and water temperatures throughout the year. Our history indicates that visits are fairly evenly dispersed between weekends and weekdays. No matter when you decide to come, you will be assured of good weather, an incredible selection of beautiful women, and an exciting vacation.

Can I choose my hostess in advance? (top)

We recommend that you choose your hostess upon your arrival, as it will allow you to meet them in person to evaluate their appearance and personality before you choose. The guests will have an opportunity to meet the ladies together in a casual setting, typically afternoon cocktail hour, prior to making their selections. The order for guests to choose their companion will be determined by management.

Can I change hostesses during my stay? (top)

Yes! Each day you will have the option of staying with the same girl, or changing to a different companion. You can change ladies for any reason or for no reason.

Can I bring my wife or girlfriend? (top)

Yes! We have a package to accommodate couples. We have also undertaken efforts to ensure at least 1/2 of the girls at the villa are comfortable/experienced/enjoy this situation, and who can fulfill the expectations of the man and the woman. Click here for pricing information.

What travel documents are required? (top)

Travel to the Dominican Republic requires a valid passport for US citizens. A separate VISA is not required for US or Canadian citizens. Entry requirements can change, so we recommend you confer with your travel agent or airline.

What happens if a guest misbehaves? (top)

Our aim is to provide a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment for our guests and onsite employees. We fully expect our guests to behave as gentlemen and to act respectful. Our villa is located in a protected community with security, and we also have on-site security. Disorderly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and any guest acting in such a manner will be asked to leave and forfeit any unused portion of his payment. Any egregious behavior could result in involvement by local authorities.

How can I be sure of confidentiality? (top)

We understand that discretion and confidentiality are important to all of our guests. As such we will not share with any third parties information concerning our guests. Wire transfers and Western Union transactions will have a discreet payee.

I want to book my trip, how do I do it? (top)

First, check your calendar for the dates you want and check flights for cost and availability.

Second, either call or email us with your dates so we can confirm availability.

Third, once we establish dates you should book your flight and contact us for deposit instructions. After we receive your deposit we will send you an email confirmation. The balance can either be paid by wire transfer, or in cash upon your arrival. Please email us the payment method you will be using.

Finally, email to us your flight information so we can arrange for your pickup at the airport.

This sounds good, is it for real? (top)

Yes, it is absolutely for real. The photos are of actual girls who have either been to the resort or who have expressed a desire to come in the future. Also, the villa photos are of the actual villa. How long have you been in business? (top)

We have been in business since November 2003 and have accommodated hundreds of guests, many of whom have returned and some visit regularly.

How much is the required deposit? (top)

The deposit amount is a minimum of $500 per person for individuals, and $1,000 for couples. Deposit instructions will be sent when you are ready to confirm your reservation.

What if I need to cancel my reservation and reschedule my visit? (top)

We understand that plans can change for any number of personal or business reasons. Should you need to cancel your plans, your deposit will not be forfeited, rather we will apply to a future visit. We request only two things in this regard: 1) give us as much notice as possible, and 2) and reschedule your visit within 6 months.

Do I need a rental car? (top)

Whether or not you need a rental car depends on how many people are inyour group and what activities you plan to participate in. Generally speaking you do not, as you will be picked up and returned to the airport by one of our representatives. Also, traveling by taxi is very easy and common. Furthermore, many of the off-site activities will arrange for your pickup and return to the villa. Feel free to contact us to explore further whether you will need a rental car.
